Higher Level Teaching Assistant, Durham Schools Mutual Services are looking to recruit Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) for work in their partner schools in Durham, part of the Bishop Wilkinson Catholic Education Trust. The successful Higher Level Teaching Assistant candidate will be responsible for supporting children and leading activities across a primary curriculum within successful Catholic schools. You will be part of successful, energetic and friendly teams, responsible for supporting children and leading activities across curriculum. Essential Requirements: To be considered for the HLTA within our schools, you must hold a Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent); have recent experience working in primary schools and have strong organisational and classroom management skills. You must also be able to adapt to different routines daily. Successful candidates must be able to give educational references; hold the right to work within the UK and have a current update registered DBS (or be willing to undertake a DBS application).
