Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and visionary Nursery Group Manager to lead the development and operations of our growing network of nurseries. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a passion for early childhood education and a proven track record of success in building and managing childcare programmes. The Nursery Group Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing our brand, implementing best practices, and ensuring the highest standards of quality across all locations. Employment Package: Competitive Salary £38,000 - £55,000 per annum commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills. Performance-Based Bonus tied to achieving key metrics such as enrolment growth, staff retention, and financial targets. Provision of a fixed monthly car allowance to cover expenses related to the use of a personal vehicle for work purposes, such as transportation to different nursery locations, meetings, and site visits. This is a full-time, year-round position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, primarily scheduled from Monday to Friday, however flexibility to accommodate business needs is essential.
